  Book Appointment

If you would like to request for Online Patient Access you will need to come to our reception and speak with a Patient Service Officer. You will need to present photo ID ( ID Card, Passport, Driving Licence) and the Reception Team will give you the login details. This will give you access to appointments, medical records, laboratory results and consultations. If you have any issues using this service please contact us.

Our Appointment System

Every patient registered at our surgery has a named personal doctor.

You can book appointments with your doctor or our nurses online, by phone or by coming to the surgery. We offer late evening appointments from Monday to Thursday until 6.45pm.

We recommend you book your appointment as far in advance as possible to get the best choice of time slots.

If you have an urgent medical problem and feel you need to see a doctor on the same day, please phone the surgery at 8am or as early in the day as you can. We will try to see you on the same day. This may not be with your own doctor, and you may need to wait to be seen. If we are very busy, we might ask you use the e-consult tool on our website, call 111 for quicker advice, offer you an appointment at the local HUB or you might even be advised to attend the nearest walk-in centre. If NOT urgent and in some circumstances the doctor can help you on the phone, and we will then book you a routine telephone consultation; unfortunately we are unable to return telephone calls back on the same day. Please provide as much information as you can to the receptionist.

Seeing your Doctor

We encourage you to see your own personal GP, so that you receive medical care from someone who knows as much as possible about you and your health.

Your personal doctor will normally be the doctor you see on your first visit. If your doctor is not available another doctor will see you.

If you prefer to see a male or female doctor, please let reception know.

Seeing a Nurse

Our nurses are highly experienced and can provide a lot of your care. Please check with us to see if a nurse can help you.

Home Visits

If you feel you need to see a doctor and are too unwell to come to the surgery please call us as early in the day as possible but no later than 11:00 am.  Your doctor will usually phone you back.
