- Patient Access
- MyGP App
- Contacting your usual pharmacy
- If over 70 or in the high risk group please contact the practice by phone and have the list of medication that you need.
You can request repeat prescriptions using the online form below. We cannot accept prescription requests over the phone.
Please allow 48 hours before collecting your prescription from the surgery or from the pharmacy of your choice.

Request Repeat PrescriptionElectronic Prescriptions
We can send your prescription electronically to a pharmacy of your choice. This saves you having to collect it from us first and is faster and more reliable. This is particularly useful if you usually collect your medication from the same pharmacy. Please find more information about electronic prescriptions on the HSCIC website.
Did you know you can nominate the pharmacy to have Electronic Prescription Service. Please download and fill the form in.
